Jr Development Clinic
This program is for high school varsity, junior varsity, or middle school tennis players who participate in USTA sanctioned tournaments, high school tennis teams or rec tournaments. Drills emphasize movement, conditioning, stroke mechanics, and consistency.

Junior Intermediates
For the 3.0 player. Student is fairly consistent when hitting medium-paced shots, but is not comfortable with all strokes. Focus needed on executing shots with directional control, depth or power. Needs work on depth and variety. Match play included and end of some sessions.

Green Ball
The Green Ball level is played on a full-size 78-foot court, with a green ball and a 25-27-inch racket. Players are using correct grips, prepare well with spatial recognition of ball bounce to swing path. Players are also learning to hit from the backcourt with regularity.

Orange Ball
Orange felt balls bounce higher and move faster than the Red felt or foam balls but lower and slower than the Green ball. Courts at this level are 60 feet by 21 feet for singles and 60 feet by 27 feet for doubles. The net is 3 feet at the center and 3-foot-6 at the net posts.

Little Tennis Pros
For little pros, this class will teach the basic stroke production, develop motor skills and hand and eye coordination in a fun environment. Program incorporates ROGY (Red, Orange, Green, Yellow) progression tennis balls system with appropriate size rackets and courts.
